The Art Director role is for big thinkers only.ADs create and implement head-turning campaigns and oversee design executions for OOH.They lead the creative conversation directly with clients of all scales.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Creative Director, other Art Directors and Graphic Designers• Discuss and develop strategies for clients of all sizes• Ideate, write, and design out of home campaigns for an array of clients• Coordinate and communicate with Clients and Account Executives• Motivate and inspire members of the account team• Stay updated with the latest writing, design, typographic, and photography trends
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design or advertising, or a good heap of related experience• Proven work experience as an Art Director or similar role• Strong copywriting; brand appropriate, clever, and to the point• Highly motivated and goal oriented• Excellent multitasking skills• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability• Strong organizational skills• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Quick, energetic and proactive
