Area Supervisor responsible for a specific assigned area of the StoreResponsible for the general operations and supervision of the Store as the Manager on DutyMaintains a friendly, easy to shop environment

Responsibilities
• Maintaining safe and secure environments• Responsible for security of building• Ensures proper merchandise presentation• Maintains a clean work area• Executes and supervises Company operational processes• Delivers and places merchandise on sales floor• Ensures compliance to presentation guidelines• Executes Loss Prevention Awareness Program• Supervises front end operations• Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of fitting rooms
Requirements
• Excellent verbal communication skills• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations• Ability to work evenings and weekends• Ability to use all Store equipment• Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the Store• Ability to regularly bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop• Ability to occasionally push, pull, and lift more than 25 lbs• Ability to use janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders, and other assigned supplies
