Responsibilities
• Maintains a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone• Responsible for building security, entrance/exit control, and alarm systems• Provides excellent customer service and demonstrates professionalism• Maintains store cleanliness and merchandising standards• Processes merchandise, manages stockrooms, and handles back-stock• Ensures compliance with loss prevention measures• Oversees front-end operations and supervision• Manages fitting rooms and go-back compliance• Performs administrative duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Requirements
• Excellent verbal communication skills• Fluency in English• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations• Ability to work evenings and weekends
