• Maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment• Opening and closing the Store• Supervising Associates• Ensuring proper merchandise presentation• Maintaining a clean work area• Executing and supervising Company operational processes• Maintaining safe and clear egress to emergency exits• Providing customer service• Maintaining the Store brand• General merchandising tasks• Loss prevention awareness and engagement• Front End supervision and operations• Maintaining and cleaning fitting rooms• Administrative duties as assigned• Cash handling and payroll administration
Requirements
• Excellent verbal communication skills• Fluency in English• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications• Basic mathematical calculations skills• Availability to work evenings and weekends
