Requirements:
8 to 10 years of experience in architecture.
Thorough understanding of building construction methods, techniques, and codes.
Demonstrated ability to maintain technical quality throughout project lifecycle.
Responsibilities/Skills:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants.
Coordinate with all disciplines involved in the project.
Oversee design and production of construction documents and specifications.
Maintain project and client standards.
Ensure ongoing quality control.
Assist in budgeting and project scope management.
Mentor and train junior staff members.
