Project Designer, Top-Ranked Firm Our client is a Minneapolis-based full-service architectural and interior design firm with broad experience in Corporate Workplace, Restaurant/Retail, Health & Wellness, Municipal, and Multi-Family projects all across region. They develop their employees based on their passions and strengths and support them with opportunities to work on many types of projects of all sizes.
Architectural Designer Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited School or Equivalent. 1-4 Years of Experience Post Graduation. Project Experience is flexible, and passion for given types is important. Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe, Rhino, Lumion preferred as additional experience. Experienced in taking projects from programming through entitlement and build. Proven ability to fluently work on multiple projects simultaneously. Skilled in construction documents, and following through with construction administration. Construction management experience is a plus. Architectural Designer Responsibilities:
Developing, planning, and creative design concepts for projects. Preparing presentations, design drawings, and details. Production of design documents in line with the firms' standards. Complete project submittals, code reviews, and coordination of consultants. Identify problems, resolve technical issues that arise,, and ensure accurate document preparation.
