Ar/Ap Accountant

Adecco is partnering with a local company in Oshkosh, WI to hire a AR/AP associate for a 3 month contract opportunity.
Shift : Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30
Pay $20-$37 (based on experience)
Handle day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Maintaining historical records
Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks
Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit
Responding to vendor inquiries regarding finance
Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
Continuing to improve the payment process
Qualifications:
2 years of AP/AR experience
More seasoned Accounting professionals with NetSuite experience will be considered!

Pay Details: $20.00 to $37.00 per hour
