Application Engineer

We are currently working with a process automation solutions provider in Porter County, IN that is looking to fill the role of Application Engineer.WHAT WOULD THE IDEAL CANDIDATE BE?Engineering degree or equivalent experience in industrial automation.Experience working with PLC, AC & DC Drive systems, and HMI products.Metals processing knowledge is strongly preferred.Competency in automation products, software, and complimentary areas.Need to be able to create a quote. Travel is 10-20% per diem is allotted, company car or mileage reimbursement. They give company cell phones and hotels on company credit cards. Travel is no more than a week at a time.
