Responsibilities
• Complete apartment service tickets and log work orders accurately and in a timely fashion• Prepare vacant apartments for turnover process• Maintain grounds by clearing debris and trash• Provide excellent customer service to residents• Resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs and replacements• Perform minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs• Clear drains and sewer lines• Have general knowledge of maintenance repair and service• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus• HVAC Certification is a plus
Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders• Effective written and verbal communication skills
