Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and excellent customer service• Manage customer flow and ensure five-star customer experience• Promote and perform alterations with high standards• Assist stylists with gown fit and customization• Maintain store standards and dress code• Build long-term customer relationships• Manage inventory and process special orders• Resolve customer service issues• Perform cash wrap behaviors and process transactions• Maintain clean and organized alterations room• Perform duties assigned by store management
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent degree• 1-2 years prior retail experience• Prior sewing experience, preferably in bridal or special occasion production• Experience with computerized POS system is a plus
