What you would do at Messerli & Kramer: Messerli Kramer is currently seeking a Collector to join our team in our Plymouth office. This position will recover outstanding debts on client accounts by creating a positive consumer experience while negotiating to satisfy the debt quickly and responsibly.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday
Pay: Starting base wage of $19.73 per hour in addition to a monthly bonus which is based on performance to goal. There is no cap on bonus potential. Also, a $750 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment.
Requirements: What you would bring: High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of collections experience, call center experience (telemarketing or customer service), sales, retail, or other related experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and people skills Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Ability to manage stressful situations while maintaining composure Ability to be confident and engaging as well as polite and compassionate Attention to detail and ability to reason and think quickly when negotiating Working knowledge of MS Office Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and other benefits 401k with Firm contribution regardless of employee contribution Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay Paid training Possibility of hybrid work from home schedule up to two days per week work upon successful completion of training period
