YOUR DAY-TO-DAY You usually work Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm with extended hours and weekends during the peak season.
As an Agronomy Applicator - Laborer, you work closely with your team to ensure accurate, high-quality results. You listen to your manager's directions before safely operating application equipment and other machinery in the farm fields. You also perform routine equipment maintenance to keep our machinery running and ready for the next day. When you're not operating equipment, you're performing general labor and assisting your team however possible.

Excellent hand-eye coordination with the ability to operate equipment Ability to follow labels when blending fertilizer and crop protection products Ability to read maps, follow directions, and maneuver equipment with computer-assisted operations Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and completing routine machinery maintenance Eagerness to learn more and grow within the trade Valid driver's license and a good driving record A custom applicator's license or CDL would be preferred but isn't required.
