As an Admission Coordinator you have a profound opportunity to transform the life of an individual suffering from addiction and mental illness. In this role you provide professional evaluation of Renewal HealthGroup affiliate services to potential clients and/or family members. This includes taking calls, accepting inquiries from individuals referred to Renewal Health Group, explaining services and related costs, conducting telephonic intakes, and providing guidance on federal regulations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Accept inquiries from individuals referred to Renewal HealthGroup explain services and related costs, conduct intake calls, and provide guidance on federal regulations Effectively communicate Substance Abuse and Mental Health Professional Services to clients Enter leads and details of all communications into software database Meet minimum requirements in the areas of monthly calls, closing ratios, rescues, quality and productivity by efficiently answering, initiating and handling calls Effectively follow-up with pending leads by using appropriate sales methods to increase closing sales ratios. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of company protocols and procedures specific to Intake/Admission Review and gain knowledge of training materials regarding relevant federal regulation and maintain a general knowledge of all current changes and amendments to industry regulations Follow and abide by Admission Guidelines Attend all team meeting as required. Expected to be present in the office/communal workspace minimum of 15 hrs per week. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required, AA degree preferred. One year sales experience preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings. Excellent computer-based and telephonic skills. Exceptional and demonstrable customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and successfully prioritize workload. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Candidates in recovery must have 2+ years of sobriety. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Driver License
