Responsibilities
• Serve as part of the administrative team• Register students• Maintain and reply to medical record requests• Maintain and reply to immunizations queries• Represent the student health service at student orientation and events• Interface with student, faculty, and staff with questions related to the SHS• Work closely with providers, clinical and other SHS staff for an efficient operation• Maintain the Medical Records Departmental immunization program• Participate in all student orientation programs• Make referrals and appointments as needed
Requirements
• High school graduation or equivalent combination of education and experience• Computer skills• Good data entry skills• Knowledge of medical terminology• Previous employment in and around medical activities is helpful• No license or certification required
