Job Description:Lennar is seeking an adaptable and hardworking Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and organize filing systems, documents, and records2. Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements3. Assist with data entry, report generation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders4. Handle incoming calls and emails, and route them to the appropriate staff members5. Conduct research, compile information, and prepare presentations or reports as needed6. Support team members with various administrative tasks as required7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent2. 1 year of experience in an administrative role3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively7.
