Job Summary Our client is looking for Administrative Assistant supports operations, manufacturing and engineering staff who can performs a wide variety of complex tasks requiring initiative, discretion and independent judgment. Qualified candidates must be able to apply organizational and communication skills handling a wide variety of duties and possess a sense of urgency and dedication to meet deadlines. The successful candidate must have the ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
Job Description Conduct day to day activities that support the Operations Departments Update and maintain information in the EH&S database and other Access databases. Manage and update all operational reports, control documents procedure books, OM&M books. Process and update incoming drawing manuals, QRO manual edits Compose, edit and proofread written documents (routine letters, business correspondence and reports of varying complexity) Monitor supply room, order office supplies, maintain office equipment Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, conferences and appointments Update and maintain department level shared files Liaise with internal staff at all levels Other duties as assigned Skills Required Must be able to apply organizational and communication skills Handling a wide variety of duties and possess a sense of urgency and dedication to meet deadlines. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment, and possess strong knowledge Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and Outlook... Detail oriented and highly organized Possess the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all information Ability to convert ideas and concepts to presentation materials Ability to draft correspondence with minimal direction and oversight Clear understanding and adherence to ethical principles, company values, code of conduct and policies Works well independently; action oriented; self-starter, with an assertive approach to solving problems Ability to meet deadlines Good analytical skills; able to prioritize and multitask while remaining calm and composed Consistently demonstrates sound judgment in working with global, multi-cultural personnel Good communications, interpersonal and collaboration skills, and the ability to work w/other supporting functions (hr., legal, audit, etc.) Education/Training/Certification High School Degree or equivalent Additional Requirements Shift Hours: 40hrs a week EEO/AA/M/F/Vet/Disability Employer
