Job Description:

Nike is seeking a remote Administrative Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is well suited for a resourceful and adaptable individual with a strong sense of innovation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage and organize administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining files- Assist with project management and coordination of various tasks- Provide support to team members and executives as needed- Prepare and distribute reports and presentations- Assist with research and data analysis as required- Handle travel arrangements and expenses for team members- Help with event planning and coordination

Requirements:- 1+ years of administrative experience- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software- Ability to work independently and remotely- Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities
