Responsibilities
• Provide confidential secretarial, administrative, and clerical support to management• Draft correspondences and other formal documents• Plan and schedule appointments and events• Greet and assist onsite guests• Answer inbound telephone calls• Develop and implement organized filing systems• Opens, sorts, and distributes departmental mail• Arrange important meetings for entertaining clients and other outside business guests• Ensures office supply inventory for the department is maintained• Secures and arranges for setting up of meeting rooms for department meetings or events for the firm
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of previous administrative office experience or a combination of education and experience• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and prioritize workload accordingly• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Strong attention to detail• Strong organizational skills, Advanced level clerical and general office skills• Customer service champion• Tact in holding conversations with clientele
