Administrative Assistant

$18.00-$25.00/hour

Located in lansing

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm in office

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Services professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Administrative Assistant:
* Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
* Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
* Maintain office supplies and inventory
* Assist with planning and coordination
* Enter orders into computerized systems accurately and efficiently
* File and organize documents in both physical and digital formats
* Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
* Open and rename files
* Write and edit company news letter
* Help to consolidate and edit policies

Administrative Assistant:
* Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Previous experience with scheduling is preferred
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
* Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:
* High school or equivalent (Required)

* Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Required)
* Appointment scheduling: 1 year (Required)
* Customer service: 1 year (Required)

* Lansing, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
