Responsibilities
• Check guests into and out of tour assignments• Coordinate general office administration for the Vice President• Provide clerical assistance to the General Manager and Senior Management• Assist with researching, resolving, and documenting internal and external issues• Assist with preparation of outlines, flow charts, presentations, and meetings• Compile and distribute statistical data to management• Assist with development and maintenance of policies and procedures• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and take detailed minutes• Coordinate paperwork and general office administration• Answer phone lines, take messages, and handle general inquiries
Requirements
• General computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Associates Degree with 2 years administrative experience, or equivalent• Customer service experience preferred
