Responsibilities
• Hands-on instruction of clinical skills• Utilizing forms, procedures, instruments, and techniques• Collaborating with students in designing treatment plans• Monitoring and documenting student attendance and progress• Maintaining confidentiality and communication with clinic coordinators• Providing input for curriculum management plans• Maintaining professionalism and collegial behavior• Handling student concerns and complaints• Maintaining student records and conducting evaluations• Providing ADA accommodations
Requirements
• Graduate of an ADA accredited dental hygiene program• BA/BS degree in dental hygiene or related field• Minimum of 10 years of clinical dental hygiene or dentistry experience• Active state of Utah dental/dental hygiene license with local anesthesia• Current CPR Healthcare Provider Card
