(and the y'll match it!)401k with match (For Full Time) Excellent Healthcare benefits (for full time) Gym membership and weight loss program reimbursements (for Full Time) Responsibilities : Develop and implement engaging activities and programs for residents Coordinate and schedule activities, ensuring a variety of options are available Assess residents' needs and preferences to tailor activities to their interests Provide support and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive environment Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during activities Qualifications: Certified Activities Professional (CAP) - REQUIRED Experience working with older adults in a Long term Care facility Knowledge of aging issues, ADLs, and social work principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Compassionate and patient demeanor
