Accounts Payable - Work From Home

Job Description:

EMC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from Indianapolis, Indiana, US. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities:- Process and track all incoming invoices for payment- Ensure accuracy of vendor information and payment terms- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable- Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and discrepancies- Maintain organized and accurate financial records- Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:- Energetic and resilient personality- Strong problem-solving skills- Innovative mindset- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Excellent communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
