We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in the Construction industry. We are looking for someone with keen attention to detail and problem solving skills who has a passion for working with numbers. Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience in the Construction industry, including experience working with a General Contractor and Job Costing. What You Will Be Doing As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and verifying invoices, and processing payments in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for completing monthly reconciliation and reporting tasks, as well as resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
