Job Description:
As an Accounts Payable Associate at Microsoft in Houston, Texas, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process. Your primary duties will include processing vendor invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. You will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies and inquiries. In addition, you will assist with month-end closing activities and provide support for audits.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred- 4+ years of experience in accounts payable or related finance role- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software- Adaptable and motivated team player with a strong work ethic
