Provides information by answering questions and requests Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Assists supervisors in various tasks relating to the Accounts Payable process and supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication Researches information to resolve payment and invoicing discrepancies and determine appropriate destination for various assignments Reconciles statements and assists in account procedures as well as conducts data entry relating to corporate expenses, refund requests, and monthly contracts Answers and directs phone calls and emails as they come in as well as responds to vendor inquiries regarding invoice and payment status Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent education required 1+ years of administrative assistant experience Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Computer Skills - Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Language Skills - Basic: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills - Intermediate: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability - Intermediate: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Physical Demands/Work Environment: Physical/Sensory Functions: Regularly will use hands, talk/hear, sit, will reach with hands and arms; Occasionally will stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl Lift and/or Move Functions: Frequently will lift up to 10 pounds; Occasionally will lift up to 50 pounds
