Accounting Specialist

System One is seeking a mid-level Accounting Specialist with strong Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and QuickBooks experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities: Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, bill payments, and collections Limited payroll  Handle accounts payable and receivable duties Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks online  Prepare financial reports for management as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred  Proven experience in AR/AP roles Proficiency in QuickBooks online and Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self starter and willing to work independenlly
