Accounting Clerk

Full time position
M-F 8-5pm with either an hour or half an hour unpaid lunch
Onsite 100%
Temp Only 3-6 months
Day to Day Responsibilities: Provide support to various needs of the acctg such as data entry, scanning documents, copying, filing, answer phones, coding and processing invoices, and working with excel spreadsheets.

Top 3 Must Have Skills:
Must be proficient in MS Office such as Excel and Word, type 40 words per minute, Detail Oriented, good communication skills
Technology Needed: Accounting system such as SAP (Entry Level) Proficient in Outlook
Face to Face Interviews, parking is available around the building but it is first come first serve Requirements:
Scanning all customer invoices into the system daily Match and batch paperwork (invoices & credits) accurately and under time-constraints Clerical support to Accounting Dept.
Perform other duties as assigned Detail-oriented and well-organized Able to work independently with minimal supervision Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or reception experience in a business environment Proficient and accurate data-entry skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Can effectively use copy machine, fax, telephone with minimal training Effective verbal/written communication skills in carrying out job duties with various departments and levels of management.
