Accounting Assistant

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
? Review journal entries ensuring completeness and accuracy of general ledgers and
compliance of the company internal policy
? Communicate any adjustments to journal entries to the journal entry clerk
? Manage corporate credit card accounts and process cash disbursements for the
transactions in system
? Establish weekly closing processes by closely collaborating with the operations to
ensure immediate processing of journal entries in alignment with the invoice issuance
timeline.
? Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute
various accounting tasks
