Develop accounting system and reduce costs associated with accountingEvaluates, creates, and updates accounting procedures and policiesSupervisor of accounts payable and accounts receivableEvaluates and approves all wire transfers, cashiers checks, and checks daily materials purchases prior to processingSupervise Payroll Processing, transactions, and reportingPreparation of journal entries, accounts analysis and inventory valuationsPrepare monthly balance sheet and income statementReview WIP cost from labor and material dispensed reportsCompares inventory valuation report to material purchases, beginning inventory and dispensed items report for each monthEvaluates and creates general ledger journal entries to insure accurate reportsEvaluates and creates budget and profit projectionsPrepares month end fiscal year end auditsPrepares weekly cash flow projections and bank reconciliationPrepares quarterly tax reportingPerforms job costing on machinery manufactured and reviews costing with manufacturing supervision.
