Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a motivated and energetic Account Support Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. This is a full-time remote work opportunity at the Associate Level, with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, assisting with account management, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team to help drive revenue growth and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Assist with onboarding new clients and providing product demonstrations- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Proactively monitor client accounts to identify and address any issues- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their accounts- Assist with strategic planning and implementation of account management initiatives
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a client-facing role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptability and problem-solving skills- Experience in strategic planning and account management- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
