Account Support Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

Capital One Financial is looking for a motivated and passionate Account Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, work from home position based in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to account holders- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding account inquiries and issues- Process account changes, payments, and requests in a timely and accurate manner- Work with customers to resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution- Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent time management and organization skills- Ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
