Toast is seeking a part-time Account Support Officer to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, persuasive, and a team player.
Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service to clients, partners, and colleagues2. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information3. Assist with creating and maintaining reports on account activity4. Coordinate with the sales team to support new and existing accounts5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of client needs6. Help identify opportunities for account growth and retention7. Provide support for special projects as needed
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field2. 4+ years of experience in account support or a similar role3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
