Job Description:
The Account Support Manager at CDW in Seattle, Washington, US will play a key role in supporting the Account Managers in managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position requires a dedicated individual who is adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for assisting with client communications, tracking sales orders, and resolving customer inquiries. Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:- Support Account Managers in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction- Assist with sales orders, quotes, and contract renewals- Communicate with clients to address any inquiries or issues- Track and report on sales metrics- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in account management or sales support- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Detail-oriented and organized
