Job Description:

Duke Energy is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Account Support Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in account management, you will play a crucial role in supporting our key clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and effectively address any issues or concerns.2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.4. Help clients navigate our services and products, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.5. Monitor client accounts and track performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and resolutions to client issues.7. Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients to communicate progress, results, and recommendations.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth within client accounts.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or customer service roles.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.7. Motivated, hardworking, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.8. Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
