Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Western Refining is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Assistant to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner- Support with financial reporting and analysis as needed- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks

Requirements:- Independent and driven individual who can work effectively in a remote setting- Strong research skills to gather and analyze information- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
