Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the account management team- Assist with client communication and correspondence- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Help to develop and implement account management strategies- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction- Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a similar role- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
