Local Distribution Center in Napa is now hiring for an Account Manager!Account ManagerSchedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmPay rate: $30-$33Job Duties:Distributor Management: (80%)Develop and maintain sales relationships with assigned region distributors.Perform monthly contact via phone calls, emails, etc.Review and analyze region sales reports.Provide operational support for sales territory, including sample requests and lead logging.Manage regional manufacturer leads.Customer Support: (20%)Serve as backup for sales order processing.Update customer contact information.Assist with departmental communication to customers.Follow company recall and customer complaint processes.Job Requirements:•Education/Experience:BA/BS preferred4-6 years in Customer Service, Sales/Administrative support, preferably in foodservice industryExperience with CRM software (Salesforce.com or comparable)Skills:Exceptional customer service skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilitiesCritical thinking and sound judgmentTime and project management skillsProficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and OutlookPhysical:Ability to work at a computer for up to 8 hoursAbility to work on feet for up to 6 hoursComfortable with occasional access to a zero-degree freezerAble to lift 25 lbs.Other:Minimum 21 years of ageValid California Driver's LicenseProfessional appearance and hygieneWillingness to travel as neededVisit or call us for more details1355 W.
