Account Executive - Locum Tenens Are you passionate about hunting for new business in a tech-driven start-up environment? What we're looking for: 3-7 years of sales experience  College degree or equivalent experience Demonstrated job excellence with strong references Proficiency in utilizing technology to generate additional sales prospects Ability to maintain resilience in the face of rejection A history of exceeding KPIs You're a good fit if you demonstrate: Confident communication. You exhibit clear and empathetic communication, no matter who you're speaking to.  Excellent interpersonal skills. You have a natural ability to build rapport with people and excel in a quota-driven environment. Critical thinking. You can differentiate between needs and wants and offer solution-oriented responses. Proactive and determined mindset. You recognize that sales-based roles require perseverance and grit, and you hit the ground running with a self-starter mentality. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
