Summary We are seeking an Account Executive (AE) to join our growing cybersecurity sales and go to market team. The AE will play an integral role and have significant impact on the company's success by generating revenue, attaining new customers, and helping customers solve cybersecurity and compliance problems and challenges through our services and solutions.
Core Responsibilities Attain new customers and develop business within existing customers through execution of sales best practices
Manage and execute the sales cycle and workflow from prospect qualification to closing of business
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, networking, and other techniques
Develop and foster relationships with various business partners and stakeholders
Develop a deep familiarity with cybersecurity and governance, risk and compliance trends
Partner and collaborate with teammates and colleagues to identify new sales opportunities, close current opportunities and support existing customers
Utilize CRM and other systems available to manage contacts, forecasts, pipeline, and reports to drive sales opportunities and customer relationships
Exceed customer experience by delivering sales activities at the highest quality possible
Develop customer account strategies that will lead to a well-executed, team-based selling approach
Requirements Skills and Requirements Exceptional communication skills – verbal, interpersonal & written
Previous similar experience within an information technology or cybersecurity organization is preferred
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, quotas, and metrics
Experience with CRM and office productivity software
Solid prospecting, negotiation, closing and customer relationship skills
Consistent follow-through and time management skills
Ability to self-manage and be team-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment

Requirements and skills · Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative or similar role · Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) · Track record of achieving sales quotas · Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) · Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) · Understanding of sales performance metrics · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Ability to deliver engaging presentations · General technical understanding of IT Networks and Cybersecurity · Interest in learning and gaining continued education in the field of IT and Cybersecurity. · BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred Additional Information · Full-Time · Location: This position is in-person at 215 W 4th St, Suite 204, Vancouver, WA 98660 · Hours: 8 am - 5 pm M-F · Compensation: $45-55k DOE plus commission Only local candidates need apply.
