Position: Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our market position and driving financial growth. This dynamic position involves defining long-term organizational goals, nurturing key customer relationships, exploring new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and staying abreast of market dynamics. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with mid and senior-level management, marketing, and technical teams.

Responsibilities:
New Account Development:
Identify and reach out to potential clients, initiating meetings with decision-makers through cold calls and other means.
Collaborate with the team to craft proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
Participate in pricing strategies and negotiations, addressing objections and fostering positive outcomes.
Client Retention:
Introduce new products/services and strengthen existing client relationships.
Liaise with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.
Conduct debriefs with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
Account Planning:
Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed on market trends.
Consult with management on business trends, contributing insights for new services, products, and distribution channels.
Identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators based on market and competitor analysis.
Administrative:
Maintain accurate records, submitting weekly progress reports and managing data within our CRM or other systems.
Forecast and meet sales targets, tracking activities on client accounts.
Qualifications:
Must be located on the East Coast.
Bachelor's Degree.
3-5 years of proven sales experience in labels or flexible packaging.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
