Responsibilities and Duties Execute effective inventory control processes to manage housekeeping and streamline operations. Oversee a team of individuals with future growth potential in coordinating tasks and supervising supervisors and employees. Lead efforts to control expenses, enhance efficiency, and comprehend P&L to drive business results. Oversee the activities of the warehouse team; ensuring smooth truck loading/unloading, material handling, and product storage. Establish and enforce operational procedures for handling shipments, inventory verification, and maintaining a safe, compliant warehouse environment. Manage budget, compile reports, oversee recycling efforts, and ensure equipment functionality. Coach and reward team members, manage safety, and facilitate daily team meetings to maintain high standards. Recruit, train, and sustain positive customer relations while making rapid, deliberate decisions for warehouse growth. Collaborate with various departments and manage tasks related to warehouse supplies, contracts, and workforce management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in distribution, warehouse, logistics, retail, or transportation. Some college plus equivalent work experience may be accepted. Preferably in the food, warehouse, manufacturing, or retail industry 3+ years of warehouse experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or retail environment 3+ years of supervisory experience Proven ability to develop and lead team members in meeting goals and objectives Proactive and results-oriented demeanor Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations Proficient in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of asset management procedures and information used to optimize inventory levels and fill rates Ability to work a full-time/flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Willingness to support a 24-hour operation and be on call, including carrying an emergency cell phone as needed Proven experience in quality and safety Willingness to obtain and maintain forklift certification Must successfully pass a background check every third year on your anniversary date Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs., perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], extreme heat, and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary Must be able to work around yeast and flour Additional Information Domino's offers: Competitive wages?
