FLSA Status : Non-exempt
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Cut and assemble countertops and edging Install countertops Perform other duties in the cabinet shop! Read and use a tape measure Read blue prints and orders Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools Plumbing and electrical tasks Each of these departments are separate but work together, having knowledge of both is beneficial. Competencies Must have a strong work ethic Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically Must understand and follow safety procedures Must have good teamwork skills Must live the Champion Operating Principles Qualifications Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired BUT not required, we will train you in-house.
