Job summary
Our client is looking for a Turnaround Cost Clerk who will set up contractors in ATOM software for turnarounds daily cost tracking
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Set up contractors in ATOM software for turnarounds daily cost tracking• Track daily labor, materials, and equipment cost in ATOM• Generate purchase requisition and manage purchase orders from open to close• Reconcile and approve vendor invoices• Liaise between Enterprise maintenance team, supply chain management, and contracts group, as necessary• Involved with the implementation of new cost related software specific to TAR cost control processes• Train others on daily responsibilities• Support the TAR planning and execution teams' project specific duties such as budgeting and quote analysis assistance• Other responsibilities as needed
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED is required
Key Skills Needed
• A minimum of 5 years' administrative or data tracking experience in oil and gas or petrochemical projects or turnarounds• Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite financial module is a plus• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook• Able to manage assignments individually or in a collaborative team setting• Ability to develop and foster effective working relationships with internal work groups and outside contractors• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometime stressful environment where processes are always evolving and improving
