ATechnology Produceron theDeskside Engineering Teamwill develop an understanding of the products within their domain, orchestrate various agile SDLCs, and assist/support product owners in feature prioritization. They will also serve as a Scrum Master for their team - supporting large company initiatives and are encouraged to identify gaps and/or opportunities in our business and present them to leadership for future consideration.The ideal candidate will have proven experience and expertise in driving successful execution for multiple enterprise projects, love innovating processes and procedures, and possess a solid ability to deal with ambiguity. They'll have access to multiple opportunities to enjoy our products, play games and have funWhat You'll Do:Lead all aspects of product development of a Product Owner's vision including their tasks and responsibilitiesAct as Liaison between team and Leadership providing status updates on current and future work efforts, Sprints, and research itemsCapture and analyze technical requirements to support the design and development of technology and/or process solutionsCoordinate, implement, and communicate production schedules with local multi-functional teams and offshore vendorsIdentify, evaluate, and communicate changes to processes, application, or infrastructure that may have an impact on a project or the project's timelineLead your team through Agile SDLC processes, including all Scrum ceremonies and encourage a culture which identifies and removes impediments!Interface across organization levels with local and international business customers, technical resources, and external partnersAnalyze existing processes and drive continuous process improvement discussions that promote operational efficiency through standardization, simplification, and/or discontinuanceImplement processes, procedures, and documentation standards to ensure compliance with internal Technology and Corporate IT regulationsWhat You'll Bring:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA passion for efficiency and the people behind the workFull knowledge and experience of SDLC processes and standard methodologies and experience in Agile project management and iterative developmentA consistent record of product delivery in fast paced environments with The ability to encourage technology teams to consistently deliver high quality workBA or BS preferred or 5 years of proven experienceAn in-depth understanding and proactive approach to both technical and creative processes and opportunitiesHighly capable with requirements analysis, software development, cloud native technologies, DevOps, continuous delivery, quality assurance, and live operations.Compensation Range, Currency USD:Starting Pay Range: $92,240 Pay Range End: $159,120We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action EmployerThe above is intended to describe the general content of and the requirements for satisfactory performance in this position.
