Acentra seeks a Technical Support Liaison to join our expanding team.
Job Summary: The Technical Support Liaison is responsible for providing technical support to end-users and assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This position will work closely with the IT team and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of technology systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and other technology. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and accurate manner. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels for further investigation and resolution. Document and track all support activities and resolutions. Assist with the testing and implementation of new technology solutions. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate end-users on how to effectively utilize technology systems. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT field. Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent experience in information technology or a related field OR Successful Prior experience in a technical support role. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Requirements Why us?
