The Role:The Solutions Consulting organization offers strategic deal support across all channels, including employer, Health Plan, and partnerships in order to help increase win rates and ensure successful transition into customer launches. The Solution Consultant:Serves as product SMEs supporting deep level sales conversations, using product knowledge to partner with Account Executives and prospects/prospective partners to design the Carrot solution that best meets each unique set of needsDelivers an engaging product demonstration; Dynamic verbal communication and presentation skillsApply product, market, and competitive knowledge in live meeting support and written communication with customers and prospectsPartners with the implementation team to support complex customer/partner implementationsDevelops and documents new workflows and processes as necessaryAdditionally, the Solution Consultant will provide key deal and market insights with GTM leadership and the Product Marketing team, helping to shape our products, packaging, and the way we message our solution broadly. The starting base salary for this position will range from $117,000-$155,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
