We are seeking a talented Quality Analyst to join our recently expanded Technology team. As a Quality Analyst you will be responsible for developing and execute testing for software applications on our equipment.
This position is onsite at our O'Fallon, MO Corporate Office . You will be required to physically use the equipment at times, so remote work is not an option.

Here's what you will be doing:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly test software applications and systems. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure the stability and reliability of our products. Collaborate with development teams to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure testability and alignment with business objectives. Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems, and work with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner. Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders on the quality and readiness of software releases. Automate test cases and implement test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability of testing processes. Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of our software products. Here's what we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in software quality assurance/testing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and identify root causes of issues. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Must be able to physically operate fitness equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and climbers. Experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience testing the nexus between software and motor control systems a huge plus. Experience with agile/scrum methodologies is a plus. ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
