MOVIN' As a Shift Leader, you will supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin'.

Preferably, you have previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.

You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills. Requirements * Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
* Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
* Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
* Meet safety and sanitation standards
* Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
* Work well in a team environment
* Fluent in English
