Skills:
Lead and execute ServiceNow Discovery and Asset Discovery initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
Design develop and implement Discovery solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities including MID Server configurations Probes Sensors and Patterns.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements define scope and architect robust solutions that meet business needs.
Lead handson technical activities providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
Drive continuous improvement efforts by evaluating new technologies tools and methodologies to enhance Discovery capabilities and efficiency.
Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow Discovery providing technical expertise troubleshooting support and driving resolution of complex issues.
Develop and maintain documentation including design specifications configuration guides and operational procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement data normalization reconciliation and enrichment processes to ensure accurate and reliable asset data.
6 years of experience in handson development and implementation of ServiceNow Discovery solutions.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including networks servers storage and applications.
Proficiency in JavaScript XML and other relevant programming languages and technologies.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Discovery certifications preferred.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities effectively.
